The changing of seasons on Earth is caused by the tilt of the Earth's axis and its orbit around the Sun. The Earth's axis is tilted at an angle of approximately 23.5 degrees, which means that different parts of the planet receive varying amounts of sunlight throughout the year as it orbits the Sun. This variation in sunlight leads to changes in temperature and weather patterns associated with different seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
